1.1 Perspectives Film Festival is Singapore’s first and longest-running student-led film festival.
1.2 Organised by undergraduates from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), this festival is part of a practicum conducted by the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information (WKWSCI).
2. Conditions of Use
2.1 By using this website, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to leave the website accordingly. Perspectives Film Festival only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms and conditions.
3. Copyright & Intellectual Property
3.1 All materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of Perspectives Film Festival.
3.2 Users are warned not to reproduce or re-use content on this website without Perspectives Film Festival’s express permission.
3.3 Perspectives Film Festival holds trademarks and ownership over certain elements of the website itself and over the products that are sold on this website.
4. Products & Services
4.1 Products offered on this website will be supplied in accordance with the descriptions, standard functionalities, styles and sizes as stated in Perspectives Film Festival’s catalogs.
4.2 Perspectives Film Festival has ensured that descriptions are accurate and colors are adequately represented. However, the actual product may differ slightly from product images listed on the website due to lighting differences and production.
4.3 Perspectives Film Festival cannot be held responsible should there be any discrepancies in size, shape, or colors with the products received by the customer.
4.4 Products listed on the website have limited stocks. Perspectives Film Festival will not be held liable if there was a mistake and a product is sold out, in which case Perspectives Film Festival reserves the right to cancel your order.
4.5 Perspectives Film Festival reserves the right to correct wrong information, such as prices, and to cancel or refuse to process an order.
4.6 Perspectives Film Festival reserves the rights to add or remove products from time to time without any prior notice.
5. Payment & Subscription Information
5.1 Payment will be done on the website, either through bank transfer or scanning the QR code, after which, receipt of payment will have to be uploaded as proof of payment.
5.2 After placing an order on the website, you will receive an email notification from our website developer acknowledging that we have received your order.
5.3 Users who have made a transaction on our website agree to the methods of payment that Perspectives Film Festival offers, including use of third-party payment providers (e.g. PayPalm Stripe, etc.), if any, and our payment terms.
6. Our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy
6.1 You may opt for self-pickup at WKWSCI from 8 November to 12 November 2021. Mailing is also available for our merchandise.
6.2 You will be notified when your order has been shipped. Orders will be packed and shipped by 8 November 2021. You may expect to receive your order within 2 to 3 business days after it is shipped.
6.3 All merchandise purchases are not eligible for exchange or refund. Should there be any defects, please feel free to contact festmgt@perspectivesfilmfestival.
6.4 In the event of production delays, Perspectives Film Festival reserves the right to adjust and delay the collection and mailing dates without any prior notice.
7. Our Liability
7.1 Perspectives Film Festival will not be held responsible should users not be able to use the website or the products offered.
7.2 Perspectives Film Festival warrants that our products offered are of satisfactory quality.
8. Notices
8.1 Perspectives Film Festival will provide customers with notice either through the email address or phone number that you have provided to us when making an offer.
9. Events Outside Our Control
9.1 Perspectives Film Festival will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under our terms and conditions that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
9.2 Events outside our control, including but not limited to,
9.2.1 Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties
9.2.2 Civil commotion, riot, invasion
9.2.3 Terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack
9.2.4 War or threat or preparation for war
9.2.5 Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disasters
9.2.6 Failure of public or private telecommunications networks
9.2.7 Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport
9.3 If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of Perspectives Film Festival obligations:
9.3.1 We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and
9.3.2 Our obligations under a contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control
9.3.3 Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of products to you, we will arrange a new collection date or delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.
10. Our Right to Vary these Terms and Conditions
10.1. Perspectives Film Festival has the right to reserve and amend these Terms and Conditions.
